Session Replay Technologies – Tools such as PostHog, FullStory Analytics, and Google Analytics may be used to record and replay user interactions with the Service, including clicks, taps, mouse movements, scrolls, and keystrokes during a session. Any payment card information you use to book a tour on the Service is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, such as Stripe. Stripe may use your payment data in accordance with its privacy policy, https://stripe.com/privacy.
Artificial intelligence platforms.
We use third-party artificial intelligence (AI) providers, such as OpenAI, and Anthropic, to power certain aspects of the Service such as chat and data analytics. These providers may process user inputs (such as your mock interview responses or queries to the chat tool) in order to generate outputs or support features on the platform. We do not allow these providers to use your data to train their models unless explicitly permitted by you. Additionally, we implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent the disclosure of personally identifiable information (PII) when interacting with these AI tools. Data shared with these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies, and may be temporarily retained for operational purposes such as debugging, moderation, or improving service reliability, but not for model training unless otherwise stated.

Third parties designated by you.

If you have registered for an account with us through the Service, you may be able to access, update and delete certain personal information through account features.

You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

Security
